Overview

The Marketing Manager will lead the development, execution, and optimization of the company’s marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for elevating brand awareness, enhancing digital presence, and supporting business growth across local and international markets. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with data-driven decision-making, ensuring all marketing activities deliver measurable business impact.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that support the company’s growth objectives.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources toward high-performing activities.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts across social media, SEO, paid advertising, email automation, and content development.
  • Monitor campaign results, analyze trends, and prepare performance reports for senior management.
  • Ensure all marketing outputs maintain brand consistency and align with organizational priorities.
  • Support the expansion of overseas student recruitment channels by coordinating with external partners, agents, and third-party vendors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen the customer acquisition journey and improve overall brand impact.

Requirements & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of marketing or sales experience within the education, consultancy, or student recruitment industry.
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (RQF Level 6 preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with social media management, digital marketing tools, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Additional language proficiency is highly desirable.
  • English proficiency: CEFR B1 or above (or equivalent certification).
