Overview
The Marketing Commercial Manager will oversee the intersection of marketing strategy and commercial performance. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening client relationships, optimizing pricing strategies, and supporting business development activities. The ideal candidate will be both commercially minded and marketing-savvy, capable of creating strategies that deliver sustainable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial growth plans in alignment with marketing objectives and company strategy.
- Lead pricing, promotional planning, and revenue optimization activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and support relationship development with partners, clients, and agents.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform commercial decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure campaigns directly support sales targets and overall profitability.
- Track commercial KPIs, forecast revenue performance, and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
- Coordinate with international agents and external stakeholders to maximize reach in global markets.
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial, sales, business development, or marketing within the education or consultancy industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (RQF Level 6 preferred).
- Good understanding of digital marketing channels, CRM systems, and data-driven reporting.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
- English proficiency: CEFR B1 or above (or equivalent).
